Do I need a launch monitor to use GolfSpec?
No. Shot data is entirely optional: you can run interviews, recommendations, quotes and the client portal without a single measurement. If you use a TrackMan, FlightScope or GCQuad, import your CSV exports in one click or type in the averages during the session.
Do my clients have to install an app?
No. Your client receives a secure link by email: they review their fitting and measured gains, track their delivery and pay online from their browser — no account, no install.
How does online payment work?
GolfSpec connects to your Stripe account: configurable deposits, one-click balance payment from the client portal, card pre-authorisation for demo days. The money lands directly in your account.
Can I manage several shops?
Yes. The Full plan includes multi-site: each shop gets its own calendar, invoice numbering and statistics, with a consolidated view for you.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your data belongs to you. You can export all of your clients, fittings and transactions at any time.
Is the free trial really commitment-free?
