Subscription questions
How is the subscription billed?
Monthly with no commitment, or yearly with 2 months free: €490, €1,490 or €1,990 per year depending on the plan. You can switch plans at any time from the Subscription area, pro rata. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code: the price shown is the price you pay.
Is there launch pricing?
Yes: the first 5 shops get 20% off their subscription for life with the code FONDATEUR, entered on the checkout page. The code applies to the Basic, Pro and Full plans, not to additional sites.
Is the free trial really commitment-free?
Yes: 14 days with every feature of the Full plan, no credit card required. Just confirm your email within 72 hours. When the trial ends, pick your plan. Without a subscription, the account switches to read-only: your data is kept, viewable and exportable, and editing resumes as soon as you subscribe.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your data belongs to you: you can export your clients, fittings, quotes and sales at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the account then switches to read-only. Everything stays viewable and exportable, and editing resumes as soon as you subscribe again.
Can I manage several shops?
Yes, with the Full plan: each shop gets its own calendar, invoice numbering and statistics, with a consolidated view for you. One site is included; each additional site costs €49 per month (or €490 per year).
Do I need to change my point-of-sale system?
No. GolfSpec is not a point-of-sale system: you take payment exactly as you do today, while GolfSpec prepares the quote, the spec sheet and the workshop follow-up. An invoice can be issued from GolfSpec if your POS does not produce one.
